Very good. Execution, idea, feeling, caption. It also feels spontaneous although it must have taken a bit of planning. I can't find fault to it.
The vision is in the caption, expressing the boredom of train rides. It comes through in the morne outdoors, the face, its reflection, and the b/w theme.
The originality part is always tough but I can't remember having seen anything just like this. So even here full points.

As a result this photo expresses a feeling perfectly without ever giving the impression that something had to be constructed to this effect. It's a silent masterpiece.
There something incredibly intriguing in this photo. Perhaps it's the element of the unknown, how you can see she's on a train, and yet the space she's in is undefined, kinda like the opposite of claustrophobia.
